2- Good Prices that Meet or Exceed ExpectationWe price our services to achieve competitive advantage, meet the objective of our customers and in the meantime to meet our commitments to our venders and suppliers. We always seek to be competitive and meet the demand of the printed circuits board technology that our customers deserve. 3- Notifying Customers of Known DelaysWe always endeavor to produce your PCB on scheduled delivery time. However, there would be times wherein we have to delay due to unavailability of the material or condition beyond our control. Nevertheless, CBR Circuits will promptly provide you with the reason of the delay and the new delivery date.
4- We Stand with you in Critical TimelineSometimes our customers need quick-turn delivery to meet crucial product delivery from their end at the time we may be very busy. We always have a contingency plan for urgency unplanned emergency quick-turn. Should CBR Circuits is fully booked we will seek help form our friends in industry to comply with your emergency need. Do not hesitate to talk to us if you have an emergency delivery.
5- Non-Disclosure of Customers InformationAll customers information including, but not limited to, pcb engineering or manufacturing and technical data, test and analysis data, application and customer information data deemed as confidential and so marked at the time of delivery to us, shoud treated as confidential. We shall not release any information to others without the prior written consent of customers. All data received from you shall be treated in the same care as it is our own proprietary our information.
6- Responsiveness to Customer ComplaintsFor any reason you made a complaint to us, member of our staff will try to resolve the complaint on the spot. In most of the cases our staff needs to consult the engineering department or technical specification, they will immediately call you back with the answer to your complaint. If your complaint is still not resolved, the matter will be elevated to higher manager. Manager will investigate the issue and quickly will contact you directly with the problem as well as solutions. Generally, our responses to customers’ complaint are efficient identifying the problem and responsive to correct the problem.
CBR Circuits, Inc. addresses all complaints to its core and applies all the corrective measurement to insure permanent removal of the problem. In addition, we regularly monitor our processes and allow improvement to be made. Until we received a confirmation from you, we will not proceed to next process.
7- Allowing Board CancellationCustomers could cancel their order any time. However if the manufacturing process is started you will be asked to pay for the completed portion. If the PCB boards are completed and you are not satisfied, simply returned all delivered and fabricated PCB by us within 20 days and we will refund your money.
8- GuaranteeThis policy guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your product we fabricated, simply return it to us within 20 days from tthe day of shipping and we refund you back your money.
